  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut flakes, pecans and chia seeds. Stir to combine
  2. In a saucepan over medium low heat, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil until melted and creamy. Take off stove and add vanilla extract.
  3. Pour peanut butter mixture over oat mixture and stir to combine. Place in freezer for 20-30 minutes until mixture hardens, stirring half way.
  4. Form into 1″ balls and place back in freezer or fridge. Enjoy!
