Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large bowl, combine pecans, almonds and seeds
In a small bowl, whisk maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla extract
Pour maple mixture into pecan mixture and mix until all is covered in maple mixture.
Spread out on baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway in between.
Place parchment paper with mixture on a cooling rack and add in cherries and apple chips. Stir until well combined and let cool mixing every few minutes.
