What is the 30-Day Health Challenge?
Each day a healthy habit will be posted on Mama’s Blissful Bites. The habits will cover everything from changing our eating habits to exercising our bodies and even minds!
Why take the 30-Day Health Challenge?
Even by taking the smallest of steps can make a big different in creating a healthier lifestyle. One simple change can lead to another to another to eventually where you want your healthy lifestyle to be, successfully.
When does the 30-Day Health Challenge start?
When it’s appropriate for you! MBB is starting on January 1, 2014, please JOIN ME! But know you can start any time you want.
Where can I find the 30-Day Health Challenges?
They will be posted daily on MBB during the month of January and also a link will be provided on the final day. This link will be updated at the end of the challenge.
How do I take the challenge?
Be sure to leave a COMMENT below that YOU ARE TAKING THE 30-DAY HEALTH CHALLENGE! By doing so, you are making a commitment to yourself! It’s that simple.
